The fruit salad is a fresh end of the meal, perfect to end the lightness of your mid-August lunch. It is a really easy dessert to prepare and which can be composed of different fruit mixes depending on the time of year you are in. As an alternative to the classic fruit salad bowl, you can use the cap of a melon or a watermelon to serve it and keep it fresh.
For the preparation of this recipe we added the Moscato d’Asti Wine CGDO Jelly Cascina San Cassiano to give a unique taste to the dessert!

Ingredients
- 200 g of strawberries
- 200 g of kiwifruit
- 200 g of cherries
- 200 g of apricots
- 40 g of sugar
- Moscato d’Asti CGOD Jelly Cascina San Cassiano
Preparation
Carefully peel the kiwis, wash the strawberries, apricots and cherries and slice, cutting the kiwis into small pieces, the strawberries and apricots in three quarters and the cherries in half. Then pour the fruit into a medium sized bowl and mix well. Add the sugar to the fruit and add the Moscato wine jelly on top. Leave to rest for a few minutes before serving.
