First, toast the bread on both sides on a hot grill for about two minutes. Once cooled, cover one of the sides of each slice with a layer, not too thick, of spreadable cheese. Then drain and slice the dried tomatoes (and the chili pepper if desired) and lay them over the cheese. Add some pepper if desired.
