Moscato d’Asti is a sweet, sparkling wine DOCG certified, farmed in the territory of Asti from 1932, with a delicate straw-yellow colour. Due its delictae taste it is considered the perfect match for desserts in Piedmontese cuisine. Moscato wine is heated with a particular proceeding in order to make it a jelly.
