The ice cream with peaches in syrup is a sweet and fresh way to end your Valentine’s Day dinner. The sweetness of this dessert is unique and its preparation is simple and quick.
In this recipe we have used peaches in syrup, but try it with Pitted Cherries in Syrup Cascina San Cassiano or Apricots in Syrup Cascina San Cassiano.

Ingredients
- 250 g of Peaches in Syrup Cascina San Cassiano
- 240 ml of fresh milk
- 70 g of cream
- 70 g of sugar
Drain the peaches and slice, then pour milk, sugar, cream, vanilla flavoring and peaches in syrup into an immersion blender. Put the mixture obtained in a pot to heat on the fire until the sugar has completely dissolved. Leave to cool and then pour into the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes. Once ready, we recommend serving immediately or keep in the refrigerator. Serve with peach slices in syrup or fresh.
