Chickpea burger with BBQ sauce and vegan mayonnaise

The chickpea burger with BBQ sauce and vegan mayonnaiseare an easy and fast dish that satisfies the tastes of the whole family. Ideal to be enjoyed as a lunch and excellent to tease with friends. They are a complete dish, accompanied by a good portion of fries.
• 350 g boiled chickpeas
• sage leaves
• 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
• extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 bread for sandwiches
- 1 tomato cut into slices
- salad leaves
- Vegan Mayonnaise Cascina San Cassiano
- BBQ 5 – Chili pepper (peppers and chili pepper) Cascina San Cassiano
In a blender, pour boiled chickpeas, rosemary, sage, parsley (previously chopped), a pinch of salt and pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the breadcrumbs. With your hands, take a quarter of the product and form a burger. Do the same with the other 3 burgers.
Heat a pan with a little oil and cook the burgers 6 minutes per side.
Cut the sandwiches in half and spread the mayonnaise on one side, covering it with a salad leaf and the BBQ5 on the other, covering it with tomato slices. Go and place the still hot burger on top of the tomato and put the sandwich back together.
