• 1 pandoro
• Cappuccino Cream Cascina San Cassiano
• Tiramisu Cream Cascina San Cassiano
• Moscato d’Asti DOCG Wine Mousse Cascina San Cassiano
• Icing sugar
Preparation
Cut pandoro into thick layers, from 5 to 7 layers according to the pandoro size.
Spread one of these three creams on each layer:
cappuccino cream, tiramisu cream, Moscato d’Asti DOCG mousse.
Alternate the slices as in the picture.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
