The cheese cream is ready to be used directly on freshly drained pasta or for creaming risotto. We recommend ending the cooking of the pasta by sautéing it in the pan together with the cream for one minute; this will promote the absorption of the sauce, enhancing its flavor. This cream is excellent in combination with meat.
The Taleggio cheese (Talegg in Lombard language) takes its name from the homonymous valley, located in the upper Bergamo area.
It is an Italian DOP cheese produced with cow’s milk, Its paste is soft and with a washed rind.
