How to use


The sauce is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. It can be heated over low heat or in the microwave, after opening the jar and removing the capsule. We recommend finishing cooking the pasta by sautéing it in the pan with the sauce for a minute. Also try it on bread or as a sauce for stew recipes, also great as a base for pizza and lasagna.

Tomato sauce prepared with Italian tomatoes only and with 2 typical Italian cheeses, ricotta and pecorino. Ricotta is a cheese produced from the times of the Egyptians and the Sumerians.
