The sauce is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. It can be heated over low heat or in the microwave, after opening the jar and removing the capsule. We recommend finishing cooking the pasta by sautéing it in the pan with the sauce for a minute. Also try it on bread or as a sauce for stew recipes, also great as a base for pizza and lasagna.
The D.O.P. Gorgonzola cheese is a blue cheese, produced with cow’s milk in the regions of northern Italy.
