Ideal with gnocchi, the cheese cream is ready to pour directly over freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, stir well before using. For an even creamier texture, reheat the cream over low heat and stir in pasta cooking water. Great for creaming risotto and on crostoni.
Castelmagno is a typical Piedmontese cheese, produced with cow and sometimes sheep or goat milk: delicate at first, during ripening becomes stronger and spicier. It is produced since 1100, and during XIX century was on the most luxurious menus of Paris and London. We prepare this cream with D.O.P. Castelmagno and other natural ingredients.
