Cheese-based cream flavored with Tuber Aestivum truffle. It is ideal for seasoning first courses based on egg pasta, stuffing vol-au-vents, or for garnishing canapés and second courses based on roasted meat.
The cream is ready to dress freshly drained pasta, such as gnocchi and noodles. It is excellent also for preparing gourmet risottos, stuffing vol-au-vents and accompanying roast meats. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, stir well before use and add a little pasta cooking water if necessary.
Truffle is renown since ancient times, already Plutarch deemed it to be the result of the combined action of water, heat and lightnings. During the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, truffles became the noble food reserved to courts. This product is prepared with cheeses and black truffle (Tuber aestivum).
