Ideal with fettuccine pasta, the cream is ready to pour directly on the freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, we recommend mixing well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the cream over low heat and stir in the pasta cooking water. Also excellent for risotto. Try it also on croutons.
