The cheese creamy sauce is ready to be used directly on freshly drained pasta or to cream risotto. We recommend ending the cooking of the pasta by sautéing it in the pan together with the cream for a minute; this will promote the absorption of the sauce, enhancing its flavor. This cream is excellent in combination with meat.
