Pepper, endemic of Peru, arrived in north-Italy  thanks to the foresight Carmagnola farmer. Bright in colour (redd, green and yellow), sweet in taste, with a thick, fleshy mash. We prepare this sauce with high-quality sweet peppers and natural ingredients.
