How to use


The ragout is ready to be poured directly over freshly drained pasta. Open the jar and warm the ragout over low heat or in the microwave to bring out the flavor. It is recommended to finish cooking the pasta by tossing it for a minute together with the sauce. Enjoy on bread, with polenta and as a topping for lasagna.

Tofu, sometimes referred to as seed rennet (soybean) or soybean polenta, is a food spread almost all over the Far East. Although in the West it is known by its Japanese name, it has Chinese origins. It is obtained from the curdling of the juice extracted from the soybean and from the subsequent pressing in blocks, generally in the form of a parallelepiped. The production of tofu from soy is similar to  cheese from milk. Vegan ragout prepared with Italian tomatoes only and the best tofu, without ingredients of animal origin.
