The cream is ready to be poured directly onto freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is recommended to mix well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the cream over a low heat and stir in pasta cooking water. Try it also on toasts. For the risotto, add the cream during the ripening phase. Also try it with lasagna, burger and Swiss-cooked meat.
Parmigiano Reggiano is a PDO hard cheese, produced with raw cow milk, semi-skinned by natural surfacing skimming, without additives or preservatives. The area of production encompass the provinces of Parma, Reggio Aemilia, Modena, Bologna (left bank of Reno river) and Mantua (south of the Po river).
