Extra organic jam prepared with two ingredients: fruit and brown sugar. To be spread on bread, to garnish cakes, yogurt and fresh cheese. Jam can be defined as “extra” if the percentage of fruit is greater than or equal to 45%.
To spread on bread, as a filling for croissants, to stuff tarts and cakes, to sweeten yogurt or ice cream.
Blueberries cultivation was already diffused between the tribes of Native Americans, and the Europeans learned it from them, importing it in Europe. Only in the XXth century its cultivation started having commercial purposes. To prepare our preserve we use just blueberries and organic cane sugar.
