Curiosity

Mango variery “Alphonso” takes its name from a Portuguese general who introduced a mango graft in the Portuguese colonies in India. This is the most expensive variety, due to its extremely rich and creamy mash. This preserve is prepared with just mango, passion fruit and cane sugar.
