Ingredients
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable butter (about 50 grams)
- 1 small glass of rice milk
- a grating of nutmeg
- coarse salt q.b.
- 2 jars Cascina San Cassiano of Tomato sauce with vegetable balls
- or 2 jars Cascina San Cassiano of High in protein tomato sauce with vegetable balls

Preparation
Wash the potatoes very well with the peel and put them in a pot with plenty of water and add a handful of coarse salt. Put the pot on the fire and bring to a boil, letting the potatoes cook until a fork pokes through and finds no resistance. Prepare a bowl by putting the vegetable butter in the bottom, now peel the potatoes while they are still hot and mash them, collecting the pulp in the bowl with the vegetable butter. Mix the puree with a wooden spoon and add the cold rice milk slowly, continuing to mix until the mixture has reached the desired consistency; finish by grating nutmeg. Open 2 jars of Cascina San Cassiano Tomato sauce with vegetable balls or High in protein tomato sauce with vegetable balls and pour into a skillet, cover with a lid and cook over medium heat, keeping the sauce from shrinking too much. Serve the vegetable balls in tomato sauce with warm mashed potatoes.
