Pork loin roast with red fruit jam is a refined and easy recipe to prepare. The flavor of red fruits is combined with the delicacy of loin to give a unique flavor to a lunch with friends or relatives.

Ingredients
- 800 g of pork loin
- vegetable broth to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- a sprig of rosemary
- 250 ml of red wine
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Red Fruits Preserve Cascina San Cassiano
- a few drops of balsamic vinegar
Preparation
In a large saucepan, brown the loin with oil, garlic and rosemary. Once the meat is well browned, add the red wine and add salt and pepper. Leave to simmer for about two hours. At the end of cooking, slice the meat and serve with a teaspoon of red fruit jam on each slice and decorate with a few drops of balsamic vinegar (or balsamic vinegar glaze).
