In this version we have used the Mixed Berry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano, but also try it with the Blackberry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano or the Organic Strawberry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano.
If you are vegan, use all products of vegetable origin, such as soy or oats milk.
Ingredients
- 300 ml of whole milk or soy milk
- 250 g of Mixed Berry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano
- 150 g of whipping cream
Preparation
In a bowl mix the milk well with the jam and then add the whipping cream. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it run for 45 minutes or until it reaches the desired density.
