Dried tomatoes in oil are the result of the drying process of freshly picked tomatoes. The drying process of tomatoes is completely natural, it can take place in the open air. Dried tomato also has beneficial properties for the body, as well as being easily digestible, its peel is rich in important vitamins against aging of the skin. We prepare this recipe using dried tomatoes under the southern Italian sun.
