Delicious peppers from Carmagnola city (north of Italy), famous for their firm flesh and refined flavor. Cut and preserved in a sweet and sour sauce with the addition of I.G.P. balsamic vinegar of Modena. Ideal as a starter or to prepare appetizers.

Pepper, endemic of Peru, arrived in Carmagnola (a little village in the north of Italy), near Turin, thanks to the foresight of one of Carmagnola farmers. Bright in colour (red, green and yellow), sweet in taste, with a thick, fleshy mash. We prepare it with a solution with Balsamic Vinegar from Modena.
