How to use

Jam to enjoy spread on bread, as a filling for croissants, to stuff cakes, tarts and on ice cream. It is excellent paired with game. After opening store in the refrigerator.

Curiosity

Blackberries originates from a wild thorny bush, while the mulberries are the fruits of a tree once cultivated for its leaves, used to nurture the silk-worms. We prepare this preserve with just blackberries and cane sugar.
