Pepper, endemic of Peru, arrived in Carmagnola, near Turin, thanks to the foresight of one of its farmers. Bright in colour (red, green and yellow), sweet in taste, with a thick, fleshy mash. We prepare it with a soution on Balsamic Vinegar from Modena.
