Millet and grain salad with “Giardiniera” and lemon

Ingredients:

 

Cooking instructions:
rinse with fresh water the millet and the grain, then cook them in the vegetable broth for 45 minutes. Once ready drain them and put them in a bowl: mix it with the drained “giardiniera” and season with the lemon juice, the lemon zest and a little oil and salt.
