Filo pastry fruit packets



Cooking instructions:
mix the water, the flour, the oil and the salt (add the egg if you prefer) until you obtain a dough: then, strech the pastry in a thin veil. For each packet you will need 4 little pastry sheets, to place in a “fan-like” manner in the moulds. Farce them with Cascina San Cassiano apricot jam and some pieces of fresh fruits. Bake in the oven at 180 °C, fan mode, for 30 minutes.
